Opinion
Order granting in part and denying in part defendant’s motion to make the amended complaint more definite and certain modified so as to provide that the plaintiff be also required to amend said complaint by setting forth when the moneys mentioned in paragraph twenty-fourth thereof were deposited. As so modified the order, in so far as appealed from, is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Scudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
