We grant the petition, and quash the JCC’s order, because he erred by failing to conduct an in camera inspection of the documents alleged to be privileged by Respondents. See Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.280(b)(1) [542]*542& (5); Rule 60Q-6.114(3), Fla. Admin. Code.
