Opinion

Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs to abide the event. The number of witnesses who can testify to material facts preponderates in favor of the defendant, the action is transitory, and the mishap occurred in St. Lawrence county. All concur. Present — Sears, P. J., Crouch, Taylor, Edgcomb and Thompson, JJ.
