Opinion

Tilghman C. J.

(delivered the opinion of the Court.) It appears by the record, that the proceedings before the Court of Quarter Sessions are not brought to an end. They have made no final order, either for or against the road. The certiorari must, therefore, be quashed, and the record sent back to the Court of Quarter Sessions.

Certiorari quashed, and the record remitted.
