Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm defendant’s conviction for attempted murder and his sentence of 15 years’ incarceration with the 3-year mandatory minimum, to be followed by 10 years’ probation. However, we strike the requirement that he make restitution for funeral expenses.

SCHEB, A.C.J., and FRANK and ALTENBERND, JJ., concur.
