ON MANDATE FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF FLORIDA

PER CURIAM.

Upon mandate of the Supreme Court of Florida issued February 3, 2005, which quashes the decision of this court filed on June 26, 2002, the sentence on appeal in this case is hereby AFFIRMED. See Banks v. State, 887 So.2d 1191 (Fla.2004).
