On Motion of Mr. Wright of Counsel for the Complainant and on Reading an Affidavit produced to this Court; It is Ordered That an Attachment be awarded against the Defendant Sarah, for her Contempt of the Process of this Court (issued the 22d August last past and duly Served upon her) by her not appearing as she was Commanded to the Complainants Bill of Complaint Filed in this Court.
