Durrani, Slip Opinion No. 2020-Ohio-6943.] Court of appeals’ judgment reversed on the authority of Wilson v. Durrani, and cause remanded. (No. 2020-1063―Submitted December 16, 2020―Decided December 31, 2020.) APPEAL from the Court of Appeals for Hamilton County, No. C-180458, 2020-Ohio-3787. _________________ {¶ 1} The judgment of the First District Court of Appeals is reversed on the authority of Wilson v. Durrani, __ Ohio St.3d __, 2020-Ohio-6827, __ N.E.3d __, and the cause is remanded to that court for consideration of any remaining assignments of error.
