Opinion

Judgment unanimously reversed on the facts and on the law, with costs to .the appellant, on the ground of the excessiveness of the amount awarded to the infant plaintiff, and a new trial ordered unless plaintiffs stipulate to reduce the verdict in favor of the infant pl-ain-tiff to $1,000,-in which event the judgment, as so modified, is affirmed, without costs. Settle order on notice. Concur — Botein, P. J., Breitel, Rabin, M. M. Frank and Valente, JJ.
