For the reasons set forth in the companion case of Sorrell v. Allstate Insurance Company et al., 179 So.2d 499, in which a separate judgment is rendered by us this date, the judgment appealed herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiff appellant.
