Opinion

Appeal by plaintiff from so much of an order of the Special Term, Queens county,' as denies her motion to compel the purchaser to complete the purchase of the premises under foreclosure. Order in so far as appealed from affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Adel, JJ., concur.
