PER CURIAM.

Appellant, The Carling House, Inc., seeks reversal of a judgment in favor of appellee, General Realty & Finance Corp., for a real estate commission. We have carefully considered the record and the appellate submissions by counsel and conclude that appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error.
