This is an appeal from a judgment signed March 29, 2006. The clerk=s record was filed on July 31, 2006. The reporter=s record was filed July 24, 2006. No brief or motion for extension of time has been filed.
On September 14, 2006, this court issued an order stating that unless appellant submitted his brief, together with a motion reasonably explaining why the brief was late, on or before October 16, 2006, the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
