Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The judgment of the trial court is affirmed except for the omission of prejudgment interest sought by appellee in his cross-appeal. The judgment is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded to the trial court for the award of prejudgment interest at the rate of ten percent per an-num as provided in the contract.

Affirmed in part, reversed in part, remanded with directions.
