The record shows that the appeal of Marta M. Cardona to the Unemployment Appeals Commission was filed after the twenty-day deadline provided by law. See § 443.151(4)(b)3, Fla. Stat. (1997). That being so, the Commission correctly dismissed the appeal as untimely.
Affirmed.
