Cross petition to dismiss the instant proceeding unanimously denied, without costs or disbursements. Under the circumstances disclosed by this record, an immediate dispositional hearing is warranted before a Judge other than Judge Taylor. Concur—Kupferman, J. P., Birns, Capozzoli and Lane, JJ.
