Transportation tax. On plaintiffs’ and defendant’s motions for summary judgment and on the basis of the opinion of this court in Armour and Company, et al. v. United States, ante, p. 697, it was ordered that defendant’s motion be granted, that plaintiffs’ motion be denied, and the petition dismissed.

Plaintiffs’ motion to alter or amend judgment overruled April 8,1959.
