PER CURIAM.

Reversed and remanded on the authority of Wood Chevrolet Company, Inc. v. Bank of the Southeast, 352 So.2d 1350 (Ala.1977), and Congress Finance Corporation v. Funderburk, 416 So.2d 1059 (Ala.Civ.App.1982).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
