Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Bradley, J.), entered April 28, 1993 in Ulster County, upon a decision of the court in favor of plaintiffs.

Plaintiffs and defendants are adjoining property owners in the Town of Saugerties, Ulster County. Plaintiffs’ predecessors in interest entered into an agreement with defendants on [744]*744August 16, 1982 concerning certain water main easements.
