PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the appellee’s confession of error, the Order Denying Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss and Issuing an Order of Taking, as to Parcels # 122, 126 and 194 is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
