Opinion
In re: Louis A. Canik, et al applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Cameron. 308 So.2d 453.
Writ denied. Under a very limited holding of “special facts and circumstances” and the limited period of delay, the result is correct.
DIXON, J., is of the opinion that the writ should be granted because no “special facts and circumstances” to justify the delay in royalty payments are shown.
