vm

GROUND FOR REVIEW

THE EVIDENCE IS INSUFFICIENT AS A MATTER OF LAW TO SUSTAIN APPELLANT'S CONVICTIONS FOR THE OFFENSES OF AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD

REASON FOR REVIEW

The Appeals Court's decision is an unreasonable application of clearly established applicable decisions of the Court of Criminal Appeals or the Supreme Court TRAP 66.3(c). Campos' convictions are based on an unreasonable determination of the facts of the case in light of the evidence presented in his trial. The evidence is Legally and Factually insufficient to support Campos' conviction by a rational trier of fact or a fair minded jurist. The State failed to prove all of the essential elements of the offenses charged beyond a reasonable doubt.
