ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

DANIEL A. RAAS, Chief Justice.

This matter comes before the Court of Appeals pursuant to the Notice of Appeal filed by Bernard Duplessis on April 20, 2015. On May 12, 2015, Mr. Duplessis filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on behalf of himself and Sandra Duplessis. Pursuant to TTC 2.20.050(1), the motion is granted and the appeal is hereby dismissed.

It is so ordered.
