3 15 || Accordingly, A 16 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this complaint is dismissed with leave to amend. See
2 17 || Lucas v. Dep’t of Corr., 66 F.3d 245, 248 (9th Cir. 1995) (“[A] pro se litigant is entitled to notice 2 18 || of the complaint’s deficiencies and an opportunity to amend prior to dismissal of the action.”). 19 || Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this order. 20 || The amended complaint must address the deficiencies identified and discussed at length in the 21 Order to Show Cause issued by Judge Spero. Dkt. No. 10.
