Opinion

LABORDE, Judge.

This case was consolidated for trial and appeal with a companion suit, St. Landry Parish Police Jury v. Clerk of Court of St. Landry Parish, et al., 536 So.2d 1283 (La.App. 3d Cir.1988), also decided on this date.

For reasons assigned in the aforesaid case, the judgment appealed from in the instant suit is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are taxed to appellant.

AFFIRMED.
