ON CONCESSION OF ERROR
Appellee has conceded error in the entry of the order granting writ of possession. [71]*71That order is the subject of the instant appeal. Based on 28 U.S.C. § 1446 (2015), and Musa v. Wells Fargo Delaware Trust Co., 181 So.3d 1275 (Fla. 1st DCA 2015), this case is reversed and remanded to the trial court.
