AFTER REMANDMENT

TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Callahan 471 So.2d 463 (Ala.1985), this cause is reversed and remanded to the circuit court for proceedings not inconsistent with the above.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
