STATEMENT REGARDING ORAL ARGUMENT Appellee Hill Brothers Transportation, Inc., does not believe oral argument is necessary for the Court to fully understand and properly resolve this appeal. This is an appeal from a final summary judgment in a breach of contract dispute. The relevant facts are undisputed, and the law is straightforward. However, to the extent the Court has remaining questions after reviewing the parties’ briefs, Hill Brothers would participate in any oral argument to answer those questions.
