Action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained as the result of the negligent operation of an automobile whereby it struck plaintiff as he was walking across an intersection. Judgment for plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ. [See post, p. 1052.]
