In an action under an agreement for the employment of an attorney on a contingent basis, order granting plaintiff’s motion to strike out defendant’s affirmative defense and order denying defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur. [See ante, p. 767.]
