IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Opinion entered on August 18, 2026 (docket no. 106) in the above case is corrected as follows:
On page 8, in line 7 of the second full paragraph, replace "principle" with "principal." The corrected line should read as follows: "principal 'ipso facto liable' for an agent's actions, . . . ."
On page 22, in line 2 of footnote 7, blank page numbers in citation should be underscores. The corrected citation should read as follows:
Ricapor-Hall v. Philip Morris USA Inc., Hawai #i , , P.3d , , No. SCAP-XX-XXXXXXX, slip op. at 23 (Aug. 6, 2026).
The Clerk of the Court is directed to take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
