JUDGMENT

Cabien Keshane Tyeskie, Appellant Appeal from the 124th District Court of Gregg County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 50975- No. 06-23-00171-CR v. B). Panel consists of Chief Justice Stevens and Justices van Cleef and Rambin. The State of Texas, Appellee Memorandum Opinion delivered by Chief Justice Stevens.

As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find no error in the judgment of the court below. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. We further order that the appellant, Cabien Keshane Tyeskie, pay all costs incurred by reason of this appeal.
