Opinion
pronounced the Court’s opinion, that the Decree in the original suit was erroneous in dismissing the Bill for want of jurisdiction} that it therefore he reversed, and the cause remanded, to be farther proceeded in upon it’s merits} and that so much of the said Decree as dismissed the cross-bill, be affirmed.
