Two judgments, Supreme Court, New York County, each entered on October 28, 1976, unanimously affirmed for the reasons stated by Nadel, J., at Special Term. Petitioner-respondent shall recover of respondent-appellant one bill of $40 costs and disbursements of these appeals. (See, also, Matter of Virgo S. S. Corp.
