In re: Bessie A. Byrd applying for certiorari or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 319 So.2d 498.

Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal there is no error in the judgment complained of.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion that the court below was in error in the question of penalties and attorney fees. CALOGERO, J., dissents from the denial.
