Opinion

In re: Ethelyn G. Bynacker, applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 310 So.2d 159.

Writ denied. Under the facts found by the Court of Appeal, the result is correct. As to legal interest allegedly due, no final monied judgment is shown to have been rendered subsequent to the accounting.
