Opinion

All concur, except Taylor, P. J., who concurs as to the reversal of the judgment and granting a new trial, but votes to reduce the verdict to $500. (The judgment is for plaintiffs in an automobile negligence action. The order denies a motion to set aside the verdict on the ground that it was excessive.) Present — Taylor, P. J., Love, Vaughan, Kimball and Piper, JJ.
