Appeal by the executrix from so much of an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Westchester County, as grants a motion of the objeetant to examine before trial a person not a party to the proceeding. Order insofar as appealed from affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, payable out of the estate. No opinion.
