Opinion

"C’JECTMENT. The jury retired and found a verdict; but whilst they were out the court adjourned, and they separated without delivering their verdict to one of the Judges ; but delivered it next morning in court, and it was entered debene esse: And alter some days consideration, Moore, Judge, decided that it was a good verdict notwithstanding the objection, that it should have been delivered to a Judge before the jury separated.
