Opinion

In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 13, 1960, in favor of defendant, upon the dismissal of plaintiff’s complaint on the merits at the close of plaintiff’s case, after a jury trial. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
