Opinion

KENNON, Judge.

In this case there was judgment in the City Court of Shreveport, Louisiana, 4th Ward, Caddo Parish, in favor of the An-dress Motor Company, Inc., and against Gordon Butler, rejecting the demands of Gordon Butler at his cost.

For the reasons assigned in opinion this day rendered in case No. 7448, the judgment of the City Court is affirmed, with costs. Andress Motor Co. v. Butler, La. App., 43 So.2d 913.
