— On appeal by plaintiffs from so much of an order as grants the defendants’ [respondents’] motion for an order, pursuant to rule 103 of the Rules of Civil Practice, striking out certain allegations from the complaint, order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
