Opinion
It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on authority of New York Central Rd. Co. v. City of Bucyrus, 126 Ohio St., 558, this court being of opinion that the plaintiffs in error are estopped to question the constitutionality of Section 6373-3(J), General Code.
Judgment affirmed.
