Action in specific performance to compel the- defendant railroad to furnish the type of freight car service furnished prior to 1942, under a contract executed by the parties in 1911. Judgment entered in favor of plaintiff, after trial by the court without a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
