In an action for brokers’ commissions for procuring the execution of a twenty-one-year lease of real property, judgment of the County Court of Nassau county in favor of plaintiffs, entered upon the verdict of a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present-—Lazansky, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ. [See 255 App. Div. 983.]
