Opinion

PER CURIAM:

The claims in the above-styled actions were submitted to the Court on written stipulations acknowledging liability on the part of the respondent caused by the disrepair of the floor of the Shadle Bridge over the Kanawha River between Henderson and Point Pleasant, West Virginia. The bridge is maintained by the respondent. According to the stipulations, the Court finds that the negligence of the respondent was responsible for the damages sustained by the vehicle of each of the claimants on the dates indicated below, and the Court further finds the damages to be reasonable and makes awards to each of the claimants as follows:
