This is an action of trespass brought by the respondent against the appellant, an agent of the Milwaukee and Mississippi R. R. Co., for the acts complained of in the suit by the respondent against that company and others. For the reasons given in the preceding case, we think the judgment must be reversed, and the cause remanded for a new trial.
