Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The trial court did not err in denying appellant’s request for a jury trial of the claim for partition of the jointly owned property. §§ 64.011, 64.051, Fla.Stat. (1987); Terra Ceia Estates v. Taylor, 68 Fla. 261, 67 So. 169 (1915); Camp Phosphate Co. v. Anderson, 48 Fla. 226, 37 So. 722 (1904). Accordingly, the appealed judgment is affirmed.
