In re: Louisiana Power and Light Co. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Plaquemines, 327 So.2d 585.

Writ denied. Under the facts found by the court of appeal, there is .no error in the result.

DIXON, J., concurs in the denial, believing the result to be correct. CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. DENNIS, J., is of the view the writ should be granted.
