Opinion

Per Curiam.

Subsequent to the oral argument in this appeal, the plaintiffs moved to dismiss the appeal on the ground of mootness. On the basis of the briefs of the parties on the motion, and on the hearing held thereon, we conclude that the appeal is moot.

The plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss is granted; the appeal is dismissed.
